FAQs

What is IRTS?

IRTS stands for Intensive Residential Treatment Services. It is a short-term, structured mental health program that provides 24/7 support in a residential, home-like setting. IRTS is designed for adults with serious mental illness who need intensive support to stabilize, recover, and transition to more independent living.

At Aspire Healing Home, our IRTS program includes:

  • Individual and group therapy

  • Medication management and psychiatric support

  • Skills training for daily living and emotional wellness

  • Cultural and spiritual support

  • Family coordination and case management

IRTS is often recommended after a hospital stay or when someone is struggling to cope at home. Our goal is to help each person heal, grow, and regain control of their life.
